Seven Springs Winery invites you to participate in the 3rd Annual Silver Cup Chef's Challenge to benefit the Tri-County YMCA. Once again sixteen area restaurants will compete for the title of "Best Chef at the Lake', $1000 and a silver cup trophy. Admission will be limited to 100 people, paying $25 to sample the presentations and enjoy one glass of wine which will be paired with the ingredients of the evening. Four chefs will compete each date, with the winners competing in the finals on March 3rd, 2012.
Each dining establishment will provide samples for at least 100 people and 3 prepared plates for the judges, with a winner to be chosen based on taste, presentation and creativeness.
We are looking forward to having you for the 2012 Challenge. Last year's challenge raised over $7,000 for the YMCA. Of course we want this next one to be even bigger and better. And with your participation, we know it will be! |
